Babies, the other white meat. Of course once we brought the new strangers home, we had 4 sets of curious eyes peeping under the nursery door. So under close supervision we allowed the elder children to come and inspect the grunting and cooing intruders. As you can see from the pitcures below they were very curious of the noises and movements, however none of them tried to jump in. They mainly sat there and just stared at them like we did in the NICU all the time. I always told Ali that it was like going to the zoo and sitting at the chimpanzee or gorilla cages; they never really did anything exciting at all but you just couldn't take your eyes off of them out of fascination. Sheba came the closest as she tried to scale the edge of the crib but then she quickly returned to the dresser to stare and contemplate how she was going to get that rather large dinner into her little mouth.

"Do you hear what I hear a baby cry
Where we finding baby there's milk near by
And if we look in baby crib there could be
Plenty of milk for you and also some for me"
Lyrics Tricia was looking for from Lady and the Tramp! It goes perfectly with the picture. They are the most beautiful babies I have ever seen! Miss you all!
